School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES)

You’ll be supported every step of the way as you build the skills needed for a confident start to your working life.

Starting Your Employment Journey with SLES

School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES) is an NDIS-funded program designed to help young people with disabilities move from school into meaningful, lasting employment. It focuses on building practical skills, confidence, and independence to prepare for work or further study.

At Kinder Alliance Care, you’ll be supported every step of the way as you develop the skills for a strong, confident start to working life. Our team includes qualified TAFE teachers with over 15 years’ experience supporting people with disabilities to achieve their employment goals.

Through SLES, you may receive support with:

  • Work experience and job training
  • Time management and establishing daily routines
  • Communication and working effectively in a team
  • Travel training and using public transport independently
  • Budgeting and managing money
  • Exploring your strengths and setting career goals

We’re here to guide your journey, in a way that reflects your individual path and aspirations
